Our office is pleased to provide a Payment Hearing Officer who works together with the Court and individuals who require setting up pay arrangements on criminal, traffic, misdemeanor and driving under the influence (DUI) cases. The Payment Hearing Officer is located in the Circuit Clerk’s Office on first floor, Suite 101. To appear in person, please check in at the self-check in kiosks within the front lobby of the Circuit Clerk’s Office or at the counter.
If you missed a previously scheduled appointment to setup pay arrangements, you must appear in court to ask to setup another appointment.
At your appointment you will be required to fill out a financial affidavit regarding the payments of fines (PDF) form indicating your financial situation to determine payment amounts.
In September, we will begin allowing previously set individuals who weren’t able to enter the Courthouse to see the Payment Hearing Officer remotely through a new virtual opportunity. If you receive a notice to appear virtually and have questions, email our Payment Hearing officer or call our office at 309-558-3538.
Find information on joining the virtual meeting with our payment hearing officer on our virtual courtroom page.
