Our office is here to help! We have many online resources available via the links on the left side of this screen and we are also happy to assist via email, phone, or in person.

ILLINOIS SUPREME COURT RULES COMMITTEE ANNOUNCES A PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held on March 29, 2023. see the Notice of Public Hearing for additional details.
Illinois Courts Launch Personalized Guide Service for All Court Users
Illinois Court Help is a new, free service from the Illinois Courts that connects people to the information they need to go to court. People can call or text 833.411.1121 to connect with a trained court guide who can provide specific answers to questions about the court process, like how to e-file court documents and how to appear in court by phone or video.
Illinois Court Help is a go-to source for court information, especially for people who don’t have a lawyer. While Illinois Court Help will not provide legal advice, guides will refer people to legal aid and other community services that can help them solve their problem.
Warrant Removal Program
If you have an outstanding warrant in Rock Island County, you may be eligible to resolve your case. The first Friday of every month, from 8 am to 12 pm for petty offenses, ordinance violations, traffic tickets, failure to appear and class B & C misdemeanors, you can come to court and have your warrant removed, received guidance and resolve your case!
