Court Supervision
Court supervision allows eligible drivers to keep a ticket off their driving record.
If you qualify, you can complete the process without coming to court.
How it works:
- You stay supervision-eligible for 90 days.
- You must not receive any new traffic violations during that period.
- If you complete supervision successfully, no conviction is entered.
Eligibility:
- No supervision in the last 12 months
- Ticket doesn’t require a mandatory court appearance
- You were 18 or older at the time of the offense
How to apply:
- Confirm that you meet the eligibility rules.
- Fill out the Request for Court Supervision form.
- Submit your form with payment online, by mail, in person, or through our drop box.
Payment Options and Accepted Payments
Accepted payments: cash (in person), credit/debit cards, money orders, or cashier’s checks.
You can pay your ticket or fine several ways:
- Online: Judici.com
- In Person: Pay at the Circuit Clerk’s Office CASH ONLY
- By Mail: Include your case number — no cash, please
- Drop Box: Available 24/7 outside the courthouse approximately 100 feet from the front entrance located on the east side of the courthouse INCLUDE CASE NUMBER, NO CASH.
Allow 10–14 days after receiving your ticket before paying online.

- Submit payments or supervision requests before your court date.
- The Clerk’s Office can’t provide legal advice — only general information.
- Always include your case number on any forms or payments.

When searching for your case on Judici.com please be sure to enter your name exactly as it appears on your ticket or paperwork.
Example: Smith, John
πΈ Be sure to include a space between your last and first name after the comma— otherwise, your case may not appear in the search results.
